TIPS ON HOW YOU CAN KEEP YOURSELF MENTALLY HEALTHY

  1. Meditate daily for at least 15 minutes

  2. Sleep well

  3. Ask for help

  4. Do something you are good at

  5. Play memory games

  6. Challenge yourself with things that make you happy

  7. Talk about your feelings

  8. Laugh louder

  9. Eat Well 

  10. Be generous with yourself

  11. Relax
