Fitness is also important in a persons life. During COVID-19 many teens did not get a chance to do physical activities. Not only that but sitting close to a computer and working on school work for a long time can actually become very unhealthy for your body. Here you will find out how to be physically healthy even when you have to sit by the computer and do your school work for a long time.
MOST PEOPLE ARE REALLY TENSED WHEN THEY ARE HOME SCHOOLED. SOME SOLUTIONS TO THIS ARE:
1) Checking your posture while sitting. Straightening up your back, tucking in your stomach and putting your feet on the floor with uncrossed legs. This will make you feel more relaxed right away.
2) Take regular breaks, get up and move around throughout the day
3) Try small stretching exercises. Some small exercises are shown up there.
AND/OR
1) Bike riding
2) Playing outdoor games
3) Brisk walking
4) Skipping
5) Yoga
6) Dancing
7) Take the stairs ( This will get your blood pumping, exercise your lungs, and work the muscles in your lower body)
